Policy on wrong addresses

If a wrong delivery address is entered during the order process, we are not responsible for the lost packages. If the parcel is returned to us as a result, there will be a return fee of £2 plus shipping charges for the redelivery. If you want to process a refund on these orders, the return fee of £2 plus a shipping charge will be deducted, and the refund will be processed upon our receipt of the returned parcel.

Returns

We do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with your products however, if you would like to return your products, we accept returns for unused and unopened products. Items must be returned to us in a saleable condition – unopened with all packaging and all seals in tact, within 14 days of receipt. Please note, you will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item back to our warehouse.
